SiteCD gives you the power to determine your best site location with an extremely fast and easy-to-use software product. SiteCD provides a comprehensive 5-page report of demographic information in 3-rings around your target address. Population, income, employment, education, and other demographic variables are delivered in detailed and accurate site reports. SiteCD offers superior desktop power to run reports as needed and when needed, so you do not have to rely on expensive consultants to run reports for you. The SiteCD is so user-friendly that anyone can use the software to explore business options and marketing potential.

Accurate US Census Data
The demographic data on SiteCD are based on the official US Census. You choose from data groups comprised of over 250 variables drawn from the 1990 Long Form (STF3) and the 2000 Long Form (SF3) census datasets. No other demographic data source has the depth and accuracy of the complete US Census. The variable groups included in the SiteCD are: Geographic Identifiers, Persons, Race, Households, Language, Employment, Education, Disabilities, Families, Income, Poverty, Housing, Renter, and Owner.

Easy to Use - Accessing your data has never been easier or more convenient then with SiteCD.

  1. Just type in a street address or enter a latitude and longitude.
  2. Choose up to 3 distances to run as rings around your site location - this may include donut areas around a point such as running a report from 5 to 10 miles around a location, producing a distinctive donut shaped area around a point.
  3. Pick the categories of data from the groups listed (Geographic Identifiers, Persons, Race, Households, Language, Employment, Education, Disabilities, Families, Income, Poverty, Housing, Renter, Owner) or simply choose "All".
