Historical Census Data

GeoLytics has released our full line of historic
census data cross-walked to the new 2020 boundaries.
This includes our 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010
(or 2011) data sets. These products each include all
the original Long Form data (population, housing,
income, poverty, employment, language spoken, home
value, rents, etc) but now cross-walked to the new
2020 boundaries. It means you can run reports for
data that is 10-20-30-40-50 years old as if it had
been collected in today's zip code, tract and block
group boundary definitions.

The advantage of using normalized data is that you
don't have to worry about all of these boundary changes
because the data sets have already accounted for all
these changes -- so you can do a simple apples-to-apples
comparison.

We also offer all these data sets in their year-specific
(original) boundaries.
